1. SPONSOR
The R-C Ranch Premium Wagyu Beef Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by RCBR Beef, LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 2520 Airline Dr Suite B-210, Houston, TX 77009. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway runs weekly during the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, beginning March 4, 2025 and ending March 23, 2025. Each entry period begins at 12:00 AM CST on Monday and closes at 11:59 PM CST on Sunday.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter by completing the online official entry form available at the R-C Ranch booth during the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Limit one entry per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES
Each weekly winner will receive a prize of R-C Ranch Premium Wagyu Beef and products (approximate retail value: $120). Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on Sunday following the conclusion of each weekly entry period. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late,
incomplete, or misdirected entries.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and the Houston Livestock Show Rodeo from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

10. DISPUTES
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. WINNER LIST
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at 2520 Airline Dr Suite B-210, Houston, TX 77009 within 30 days after the Giveaway ends.
