I dont typically write reviews, but when exceptional quality matches service, I go out of my way to respond in kind. I’ve never smoked a wagyu brisket before so when i decided to give it a try, i figured i would search the interwebs for a local Texas ranch that sell wagyu. I get that grocery retailers sell wagyu, but i wanted to buy direct because i felt that there’s nothing closer to buying straight from the farm. Anywhoo. RC Ranch did not disappoint. Packaging was excellent, timing/delivery was very fast, and most importantly the brisket was superb! I smoked it on my Smokey Mountain for about 11 hours. I’m a little old school, so i dont do electric smokers. The taste of the brisket was perfect and i got compliments all around. I’ll definitely buy again and you should hesitate to buy your beef from here.
