R-C Ranch wins reserve grand champion carcass at the Texas Wagyu Association Carcass Contest Auction.

Another day, another grand champion! Phillip Breeden paired his brisket injection from LC BBQ with R-C Ranch brisket. The results were amazing! Thank you, Phillip for your continuous support of R-C Ranch.
Grazia Italian Kitchen of Katy, Texas, paired R-C Ranch Wagyu Flat Iron Steak with a risotto and balsamic reduction for the 2019 Katy Taste Fest. They received the judge’s choice award and was a runner up for the people’s choice award. R-C Ranch congratulates you!
Phillip Breeden and Jason Sagmiller competed in the 18th annual Brazos Valley VFW Memorial BBQ Cook Off. The competition took place March 15-16, 2019, in Bryan, Texas. Phillip received 1st place with his R-C Ranch brisket and Jason 4th place with his R-C Ranch brisket. And to top it all off, both guys brought home a huge grand championship. We are so proud of you!
