I plan on smoking it this weekend in fact. It delivered on the date promised in excellent condition...looked great with just the right amount of exterior fat unlike the brisket I’ve bought in grocery stores where you spend a hour trimming 3 lbs of fat off a 15 lb brisket.

Smoked the brisket I bought at a local bbq cook off (along with 2 other briskets from a grocery store) the wagyu turned out way better. Was definitely worth the money. Ended up finishing in top quarter of cook off. Would enjoy some kind of sponsorship if given the chance
