Ryan, This is my favorite cut that I have tried so far. It used to be an affordable cut that not many knew about; however, that has changed. I understand input costs have gone up from the ranch to the butcher block, so I understand. This cut is a great all around cut with so many different uses.
Amazing!! I have some friends that are amazing in the kitchen. I brought this for us to have when I went to visit. It was a 5 star dining experience with this cut of meat being the star of the show.
Never heard of this cut of beef. Tried it on a whim and love it. It’s tender and was soo moist. I love the meat I get from RC Ranch.
