I ordered several items and all were packaged great except for the summer sausage. The summer sausage was loosely sealed , full of air, and slightly freezer burnt on the end. Cut off that portion and it was great. I’d love to give 5 stars on the next order I place if the packaging improves.

Picked this up at their new shop at the Houston Farmers Market. Absolutely delicious. It is smooth, bit of the cure meat flavor, slightly sweet without overwhelming spice bomb.
