The Tri-Tip is our favorite cut of beef and the Tri-Tip from R-C Ranch the is best by far. It is so tender, so juicy, and has outstanding flavor. Whether prepared for ourselves or for guests, the R-C Ranch Tri-Tip is always proclaimed to be the best beef ever! (Hint - be prepared to collect the incredible jus you will have when you slice this beef. You will want to savor every drop!)
