Beef was flavorless and did not have the marbling of other waygu ranches in Texas. We were also missing a sausage from our order. Our box was completely thawed when we received it. No response from RC Ranch when we contacted them. Hassle Cattle Co and Heart Brand gave us a much better eating and customer experience.
