Came across RC via Chuds BBQ on Youtube and decided to order a couple ribeyes for my 50th. Didn’t realize till after the order was placed that they typically ship on certain days of the week. This typically would not be an issue but the shipping day would have meant not having the ribeyes for my bday. Sent them a quick message explaining the situation and they shipped out that same day! Arrived early with a big block of dry ice still going strong and was absolutely delicious!! Will definitely be order more for the upcoming Holidays! I slow roasted ribeyes to 110f internal temp then seared them to 140 internal temp. That reverse sear was perfect!
