Wagyu Short Ribs are a delicious cut that tend to be meatier than traditional back ribs. They have more connective tissue so they require some TLC but the end result is definitely worth it! You can smoke them low-and slow or braise them in wine or beer for an extremely tender, buttery steak perfect as an appetizer at your next party - simply season with our Five Star blend and cook until medium rare before serving up this beautiful piece of beef goodness on skewers (or just slice off any excess fat).
