Not only is the Summer Sausage the best we have ever tasted, the added touches of what you did are greatly appreciated, we haven't gotten to all of them yet, but will soon! At the risk of sounding like a bit of a glutton, I've finished all 3 12oz portions in single servings. Great salt, great fat, perfect tooth. Even better with caramelized onions and a good, dry cheddar cheese. I'd pay almost double, it's that good.
