Another amazing cut from the Chuck Primal, we love the chuck for its rich beefy flavor. These super versatile ribs can be smoked, braised, or a combination of both. We love to get a little wood smoke on these and then wrap them with some bone broth and a little red wine and let them melt in the oven.

Well, we figured out a way to make boudin better…with Wagyu Beef! This truly one of a kind boudin will be a hit on any occasion. Steam it up or throw it on the smoker or grill. A little hot sauce, a couple crackers is all you need for a instant good time. Laissez les bons temps rouler!!!

To heat this up, all you need to do is pop it in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 mins.
